The men doing the job were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Was not a big project but I got the big job treatment. Very nice.

This was our first major home renovation and we had an amazing experience with Capital Royal Renovations. They fully gutted and redid our kitchen. They removed kitchen cupboards, back splash, flooring, and counter tops. We spoke with other companies but none gave us the confidence of Capital Royal Renovations. All in all we extremely pleased with the finished product. The respect for our concerns during the project, our requests and how well any questions we had were addressed and dealt with was outstanding. I thought it would be a great idea to buy a condo and do a major bathroom renovation just before Christmas.... in a global pandemic. Luckily I found Andy at Capital Royal Renovations who undertook this challenge with success. He found the right trades people and responded with ease as I added or changed elements of our original plan. The bathroom is beautiful. A friend refered us to this company. I first set out my priorities for the job: warm, dry, durable and sound dampening. From there, they helped me find the ideal floor-plan (which ended up much better than what I had in mind). An estimate was made and agreed upon and I was to be notified of any change or decision that would affect the final price.
The entire crew was highly skilled, professional and curteous. Throughout, they were respectful of our baby's nap schedule. I want to point out that they were accomodating of my request to switch to dricore just before the floors were put in. When the work was finished, they returned and fixed the handful of small defects I found.
In the end, the final cost was precicesly what I expect and the basement was even better than I had hoped. The company has my full trust and I'll be going to them exclusively for future work.
